February 2026, Munhall Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority will be sending, collecting and the contact people for your MSSMA Sewage Bills. 

Billing Rates for 2026 are as follows:

$20.66 is the LINE FEE billed and due on every property connected to the sewer system, regardless of the status of a water account through PA American.

$15.19/1,000 gallons of water consumed. This is billed according to the ACTUAL water usage billed by PA American Water

Delinquent Sewage Account Notice

$6.00 charged to each account not paid within the 30 days and a new bill has generated prior to payment made. Fees are charged PER unpaid cycle.
